Policies & Insurance

Complete Restoration LLC Policies:

At Complete Restoration LLC we understand that our customers are anxious about the possible costs of restoring their home or business to a liveable condition. Our practice is to provide as much information as possible to help customers understand not only the process of repairing their property but also how our services are priced and billed. We will do this prior to beginning work to avoid any surprises.

Estimates - We are happy to provide an estimate for our services. For many problems which are usually covered by property insurance we will also work with the insurance company’s adjuster to provide a suitable cost of repair or remediation. While many of our quotes can be provided at no cost, some services may require a reasonable quoting fee. We advise you beforehand if a fee must be charged for quoting.

Visit Fees – We will advise you beforehand if visit fees apply. These may be required to cover travel costs or costs of complex services, for instance those which we would subcontract or where advance testing is required to determine a course of action.

Deposits – A deposit is generally required prior to our starting work. Customers may also have deductible costs associated with an insurance claim and will need to consult their insurance agent or adjuster regarding claim costs.

Final Payments  -Our customers are responsible for the final ‘in-full’ payment of billed services regardless of whether an insurance claim was submitted. Our work agreement explains this in detail.

Working With Your Insurance Company

Complete Restoration LLC is insurance company approved. We work with insurance company adjusters and independent adjusters on a daily basis. Our complete documentation and industry standard estimating assures that a claim will be paid promptly and fully.

REMEMBER – IT IS ALWAYS THE POLICYOWNER’S CHOICE FOR A CONTRACTOR. YOU DO NOT NEED TO USE A CONTRACTOR SUGGESTED BY YOUR INSURANCE AGENT OR ADJUSTER. YOU WANT YOUR REMEDIATION CONTRACTOR TO BE WORKING FOR YOU AND NOT FOR THE INSURANCE COMPANY!
